The IT Job Training Center was established in 2008. Incorporated under IPA as a private training institution, the IT Job Training Center is accredited by the National Council (NTC Rego Number 157).

The training institution is located here in the nation's capital Port Moresby, and has recently opened its New Guinea Islands branch in Kimbe, West New Britain Province.

IT Job Training Center strives to be the best supportive and innovative educational training provider, committed to individual empowerment and thus nation-building.

The training institution offers Certificate to Diploma Level courses in various fields. It also offers Intermediate and Advanced Level IT Professional Courses following the official syllabus of Microsoft, Cisco, CompTia, International Computer Driving License (ICDL) and others. Moreover, ITJTC provides customized and effective group training for corporate clients.

In its five (5) years of successful operation, It Job Training Center has expanded to offer not only Information technology (IT) course but Administration, Human Resource, Sales & Marketing and Management courses as well. In addition, we have available group training courses such as; Communication Effectiveness, Employee Motivation, Team Building. Conflict Management, Sales Effectiveness, Productivity Improvement, Customer Service, and many more….

To better enrich your training and career, we have professional trainers in the respective courses offered, conducive training rooms all air-conditioned, updated resource booklets, computers provided for each student and also free internet access. All are provided here at the training center.

We provide In-Class training, Night Class, Home Base Mode of Study, Professional Corporate Short Course and of course the Online Training Program. As a training provider, we deliver our training services by bridging out to individuals thus making it convenient for them to choose their mode of study.

Since its inception up until today, IT Job Training Center served around 1000 trainees in various fields of training and over 600 participants with our corporate clients from SOS International, New Britain palm Oil (NBPOL), Attorney General's Office, New Zealand Scholarship (PNG) just to name a few. IT Job Training Center - Highlights


IT Job Training Center, briefly ITJTC, is a National Training Council accredited Private Training Provider with NTC No. 157, it is providing “Competency Based Skills” training of practical job oriented courses in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, IT, HR Management, Sales & Marketing. And available also in our training programs are short time workshop training conducted for Group Training courses basically with corporate clients including Office IT, Communication Effectiveness, Employee Motivation, Team Building, Conflicts Management, Sales Effectiveness, Productivity Improvement, Customer Service, Inventory Management and many more.

IT Job Training Center strives to be innovative, supportive, educational, and committed to individual empowerment. During the last Eight (08) years of success, ITJTC has expanded to offer a wide range of courses ranging from Certificate level and Diploma level to suit individuals’ interest and corporate clients’ needs. The training is just to ensure all participants are “Ready to Action” and Industrial Organizations can update staff skill gaps and needs. IT Job Training Center was incorporated and registered in 2008 and has trained around 5000 trainees in last 8 years operation, and is employing 30 staffs with 15 professional registered trainers including IT Trainers, Business Management Trainers, Language Trainer, Translator, Accounting Trainers and Office Administration trainers. In 2012, Kimbe Brach Campus was established up in WNB and about 200 graduate students had been accredited with Graduation Certificate in the end of 2014.

In the beginning of 2015, our newly established campus at Hohola was open to the public under the partnership with PNG Power Training Center as well. At the same time, our Popondetta Flexible Training Center is setting up and running in Oro Province very soon expectedly.

From the date of ITJTC establishment on, ITJTC partnership with Provincial Governments, District MP to help develop School Scholarship Scheme that benefit PNG people effectively and all the participant have fully mastered the skills and are competent.

We delivered various short courses to a range of corporate clients successfully (based on evaluations completed and on file), some of the highlights include:

  • Partnership with PNG Power to provide workshop training to its staff national wide.
  • Contract and Conducted workshop Training to medical staff including; Doctors, HEO & Nurses on Basic computing programs (Word 2003, Excel 2003 & Outlook 2003) to SOS International.
  • Basic Computer Usage Literacy and Email Usage course to students and staffs of Badili Vocational;
  • Training courses to the staffs from PNG Electoral Commission Support Staff.
  • Diploma in IT courses to the staff from QBE Insurance.
  • Justice Attorney General Office, executive secretaries to undertake a Diploma in Office Administration Course through Home Base Study program.
  • New Zealand Scholarship PNG
  • Trained 8 participants on TOT workshop (Train The Trainer) from Freda Hollow Foundation;
  • Contract with New Britain Palm Oil Limited and provide Management, supervisory and Computing etc. training to their 12,000 employees in West New   Britain province since 2011.
  • Workshop training to staff from Oro Province General Hospital
