Since its inception in 2008, IT JOB TRAINING CENTER Ltd was incorporated as a private training provider in Papua New Guinea and was  successfully registered under accreditation number 157 endorsed by National Training Council.

IT JOB TRAINING CENTER Ltd strives to be innovative, supportive, educational, and committed to individual improvement and empowerment. During past years of success, it has expanded to offer courses ranging from Certificate level to higher certificate (Diploma) to ensure market relevance and to suit students interest in achieving his or her professional excellence.

IT Job Training Center Ltd provides equivalence to National Certificate III and IV, and Diploma  level competency based training courses Offer in  Information Technology, Computing, Business Administration, Business  Management, Accounting, Office Administration, Human Resource, Sales & Marketing.  Available also in our training are the Group Training programs like; Communication Effectiveness, Employee Motivation, Team Building, Conflicts Management, Sales Effectiveness, Productivity Improvement and Customer Service.

The Purpose of the company is to provide affordable relevant training and education opportunities for Papua New Guineans in skills, trades, technology and business services and management to make them better employees and business people.

The IT JOB TRAINING CENTER Ltd’s mission is to “Provide a cost-effective and relevant, National and International level, technical and business expertise training service to our Clients; Increase management business skills capacity to ensure our client is efficient in all aspects, enable the organisation to achieve maximum outcome at minimum cost, satisfy increase client expectation through the service we provide”.

High Light of Achievements:

  • Partnership with PNG Power LTD to provide training to its employees national wide. (Has trained more than 300 staff in Managing Customer Services, Time Management, Effective Communication, Project Management since signed contract in 2013)
  • Contract and Conducted workshop Training to 220 medical staff including; Doctors, HEO & Nurses on Basic computing programs (Word 2003, Excel 2003 & Outlook 2003) to SOS International;
  • Contract with NBPOL Kimbe and Higaturu and provide Management, supervisory and Computing training totheir 12,000 employees in West New Britain, and Popondetta since 2011.
  • New Zealand Scholarship PNG
  • Provide free of charge training fee to 5 students from local youth organization in 6 miles community.
  • Provide free of charge training fee to 5 students from local policy station to improve their ICT skills.
  • Signed Affiliation MOU with Southern Queensland Institute of Tafe, Australia
  • Signed support agreement with Newman Senior Technical College in Australia.
  • Partnership with Diocese of Bereina to deliver training to disadvantaged students in the Central Province.
  • Delivered Basic Computer Usage Literacy and an Email Usage course to their students and staffs of Badili Vocational School.
